In January 2016 Carry Illinois spent two whirlwind days recording two brand new songs with the brilliant Frenchie Smith of The Bubble in Austin, TX. Three months later our dear bass player and longtime friend John Winsor tragically ended his life. Stunned, heartbroken, and at a complete loss for words, we felt these songs needed to be heard. This little record is for John. We love you buddy.
